Create a Reasonable Diet Plan Menu That Will Help You Lose Weight 

Are you wondering how to burn body fat fast? Is summer creeping up on you a little too quickly? Or perhaps you just met the person of your dreams and you want to catch their attention. Well, the quickest way to do that is to start lifting weights. Huh? Lifting weights is going to burn my body fat faster than running or other cardio exercises? But, I can burn more calories in a half hour of running than I can in a half hour of lifting weights. Yes, you are right. But, I am going to explain something that not a lot of people realize. It is true that in a half hour of running or other cardio exercises you can burn more calories. Let's say you burn 200. A pound of fat takes 3,500 calories to burn. It's going to take you an awful lot of miles to burn just a pound of fat and, let's face it, who's a single pound overweight?
You're going to have to run a LOT and keep running to burn the amount of body fat you want to burn because once you stop the fat burning effects stop too. This is where lifting weights is much better. Because once you stop lifting weights the fat burning effects begin. This is because as your body builds muscle it burns fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so your body burns more fat the more muscle it has. But, if you do exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time, you will also be putting your body into a metabolic shock which causes you to burn fat at a higher rate even days after the workout.
